kigame Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kigame" / "the Platform" / "the Operator" — refers to the kigame online gaming platform accessible at kigame.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by kigame.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the kigame platform, which holds the Player's balance, bet history, and personal information.
• "PKR Balance" — refers to the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) denominated funds held within a Player's kigame Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or free bet amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process kigame uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Licence" — refers to the international gaming licence under which kigame operates, which requires compliance with responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, and player protection standards.

By accessing the kigame platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the kigame platform, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understand their contents.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including kigame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing kigame voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party.

kigame strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players. This is a non-negotiable requirement under kigame's international gaming licence and reflects kigame's commitment to responsible gaming and the protection of minors.

kigame reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time during account activity. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

In addition to age, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Players:

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order previously placed with kigame or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be acting as an agent or proxy for another person in operating your kigame Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of a kigame employee where that relationship creates a conflict of interest with gaming activity on the platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active kigame Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all duplicate accounts.

When registering a kigame Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. kigame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. kigame will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to kigame customer support immediately at [email protected].

kigame accepts PKR deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. All transactions on the kigame platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your kigame Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the initiating bank's processing times. kigame is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. kigame aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional verification is required or where suspicious account activity has been flagged for review.

• Only funds belonging to the registered Account holder may be deposited or withdrawn. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your kigame Account cashier at the time of the transaction.
• kigame reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership and source of funds declarations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming balance. Contact kigame support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
• Any PKR balance remaining in a kigame Account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as detailed in the platform's fee schedule.

kigame offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Right to Withdraw: kigame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have already been credited, kigame will honour wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation.

All gaming and betting activity on the kigame platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that particular game or market.

Sports Betting: kigame offers live and pre-match betting on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and domestic Pakistan cricket), as well as other international sports markets. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the quoted odds are locked in and apply to the final outcome.

In-Play Betting: During live matches, kigame may temporarily suspend betting markets while key events — such as wickets, reviews, or interruptions — are assessed. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at kigame's discretion where the outcome was materially influenced by an event occurring at or around the time of placement.

Casino & Slots: All casino game outcomes on kigame are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is provided by the game developer and is published in the game's information panel.

• kigame's decision on the settlement of all bets and game outcomes is final and binding, subject only to a formal dispute process outlined below.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or declared void will be refunded to the Player's PKR balance at the original stake amount.
• kigame reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict market access, or refuse bets from any Player at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Any malfunction of the gaming software voids all affected plays and associated pay-outs. kigame will investigate malfunctions promptly and communicate outcomes to affected Players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kigame platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using forged documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or obscure gambling patterns.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated bet patterns, arbitrage, or any strategy specifically designed to guarantee a risk-free return from bonus funds rather than genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage over kigame or other Players.
• Money Laundering: Using the kigame platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. kigame has legal obligations under its licence to report suspected money laundering to relevant authorities.
• Technical Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, software vulnerabilities, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name, or withdrawing to accounts belonging to third parties.

kigame is deeply committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a coping mechanism, or a source of stress. kigame provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration, helping you maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of your gaming session, including time elapsed and net PKR profit or loss, displayed at intervals you define.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from all kigame services. During a self-exclusion period, your account is frozen and you will not receive any marketing communications from kigame.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term break from kigame for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

All content on the kigame platform — including but not limited to the kigame brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kigame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kigame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kigame content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any kigame software or gaming systems.
• Use any kigame branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kigame's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kigame expressly excludes liability for:

• Any losses arising from gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, network issues, or events beyond kigame's reasonable control.
• Losses suffered as a result of a Player failing to secure their account credentials or sharing login details with third parties.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether kigame was advised of the possibility of such damages.

kigame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a kigame Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kigame uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — send you promotional communications relevant to kigame services. kigame does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

kigame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a Player — kigame will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the kigame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact kigame support to close your Account and withdraw your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kigame holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through kigame's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to contact kigame customer support at [email protected] and allow kigame a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) calendar days — to investigate and respond to the complaint. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
